Well, life goes on. My dog figured out how to get out of the yard, so now she's staying at the parents' house. I need to build a real dog pen so she doesn't ruin my entire yard. I probably should never have gotten her. If you want her, just let me know. Ha.

This is another one from Dick's office collection. "Ricochet: Confessions of a Gun Lobbyist" (2008) by Richard Feldman is Mr. Feldman's story of his personal experiences with and the evolution of the NRA from the '80s to the present. The book started out better than it ended, and it kinda lost my attention somewhere around the middle. It wasn't terrible, but he could have probably communicated the same point in 2 pages - the NRA makes money off of people being scared about losing their guns. Hmm, that took me a lot less than 2 pages. Anyway, you probably wouldn't like this book much unless you're a lawyer who wants to be involved in the NRA. I'm not even a member.
