BABE'S!!! Today is the DAAAYY!! If you've never been to
Babe's, let me explain to you how it works. It used to be that you had three chicken choices - chicken tenders, fried chicken, or smoked chicken. They offer a few more things now, but I'm not sure why. Anyway, you pick your type of chicken, and your drink, and the decisions are finished! They bring your chicken along with big bowls of the sides - taters, corn, rolls, green beans - that you share with everyone at the table. Oh, did I mention that the sides are all bottomless? On top of all that goodness for the tummy, sometimes the waitresses even sing for you. And I get to go TODAY!

Not "rolls"; "biscuits!" YUM! I love their corn casserole stuff! I remember the time that I e-mailed John C. about going to BABE'S, and he never got the e-mail, because his computer "saw" the word "BABE'S" and thought it was porn. HA! That was before the restaurant in Sanger opened, and we had to go to Roanoke to eat. I miss John C. & Karla. They were our BABE'S Buddies. R.I.P. you two, R.I.P.
We love Babe's! I love their mashed potatoes.
