MAILBOXMAILBOX!!! I built it myself - aren't you proud? Okay, so all that means is I put in the 7 bolts and that I put the stickers on the front. I'm gonna set my change of address date for March 1. That doesn't mean I'll be moved by then or even that I'll START moving by then, but my new mailbox will be up, and I can start getting my mail at 408 North Sycamore Street! Actually, I probably will be pretty close to moving by then. They are doing the floors next week, and the painting will prolly get done the following week. So by the 27th, they should be in the final stages of installing appliances and hopefully a toilet 'cause I kinda think I need one of those. All that stuff will prolly take a little more than a week, but I reckon I'll be all moved in by Spring Break. Not that there is such a thing, but I might just take/make one this year. Aren't you excited?! I think I am. I bought my mailbox yesterday, you know, along with a pole to mount it on, the stickers for numbers/letters, plus three numbers to put on the house 'cause the old ones were shot. How much did these items cost? $90.00!! Yark! Why?! More purchases that need to be made: towels, bedding, TV?, desk & chair, lamps?, rugs... Le sigh. Oh, I know, this is supposed to be the fun part. I'm anxious to see what colors mom will pick since my choices were DENIED. I guess I can't complain. I did pick the colors for this house, and I'm pretty sure they made mom cry - and that not with joy. So I guess I'd better call the furniture lady and let her know the status, and the internet people so they can get that taken care of, and the stove guy, and...and...and...
