This is me and dad 20 years ago. I haven't done any fishing this summer. Part of the problem is that I have no fishing license again. I never know when to buy it so that I get a full year out of it. I think this is the month...ooo, page 8 of the rules says that you can get a fishing license now that's good for a year from the purchase date. Valid for Texas residents only. How about THAT? Now I won't waste my license purchase on just one month of fishing eligibility. But why can't fishing rights be part of my Texas State Parks card? We need to streamline this process somehow.
