I went on the Murray County's 4-H trail ride in Oklahoma yesterday. It was in the Arbuckle Mountains. At first I thought it was cruel and unusual to ride the horses over that many rocks, and several of them were barefoot including Ranger, but it really did not seem to bother them. The hard part was keeping their balance on the uneven ground. But it was a pretty good ride, and the story of the day is that I met a gal named Sarah who was riding a horse named Ranger. The picture is of the two Rangers. A Texas Ranger and an Okie Ranger. Kinda fun, kinda cool.
